Better Homes for Hobgoblins…..

….yeah! I just don’t don’t think any fairies live in these houses I made. You know that I’m a Halloween-addict and therefore I just had to transform the cute Fairyville SVG Bundle from Dreaming Tree into something dark and haunted (Muah-ha-ha-ha……)

First off is the Dragonfly Fairy House aka The Horrible Hobgoblin HouseDSC_0015

For this house I used AC Cardstock in Black, Olive, Charcoal and Leaf along with Graphic 45 patterned paper “Halloween in Wonderland” and yellow vellum. I distressed and inked all the edges and embellished with different Halloween charms from my stash. I did alter the house design a bit, as I removed some of the cut outs to make it look a bit less cutecy 😉

Next is the Butterfly Fairy House aka The Wild Witchgoblin’s Crib:

For this house I also used AC Cardstock in Black, Olive, Charcoal and Leaf along with Graphic 45’s patterned paper “An Erie Tale”. The edges are also distressed and inked and the house is embellished with more of my evil charms. Love that Pentagram ❤

Last but not least is the Honey Bee Fairy House aka The Hateful Hobgoblin Harry’s Habitation:

This house is also made from AC Cardstock in Black, Olive, Charcoal and Leaf along with Graphic 45’s patterned paper “Rare Oddities” and a few trinkets from my stash.

Here are some more pictures of the houses’ details and when they are lit up:

I really had fun making these houses and they make a great addition to my ever-growing, humongous Halloween Decor Collection.

Thanks for stopping by and remember how much I love to hear from you ❤

Batty for Halloween…..

….yup you know it’s me 😀 It is my favorite Holiday of the year – bigger than Christmas. So I have to start early if I have to make it in time with all the new decorations to make. And today I also celebrate being a new Team Member on the SVG Attic Inspirations Team ❤

This time I want to show you the two adorable Bats on Stands designed by Jodi G. Warner for SVG Attic (get them here) as part of an amazing Halloween collection JGW Night Enchantments:

For this projects I used lots of Black AC Cardstock and a little Wine and Leaf. I also used Graphic 45’s “An Erie Tale” papers and black glitter paper (for the swirly parts of the bats) I inked all the edges of the black cardstock with a grey inkpad and used a dark brown inkpad for the patterned paper. I decided to make the bats a tad more scary by embellishing with some Halloween charms and adornments.

I really loved how easy these were to assemble. I originally intended to make only one of the bats but loved it so much, I had to make the other one too 😀

Here are some more pictures of the project:

I am really excited to be on the SVG Attic Team and look forward to making lots fun stuff in the future since they have all these amazing files to play with ❤

Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to write me a little something 😉
