Two Christmas Projects

My Christmas holiday has started and that gives me more time to create – Oooooh I love it ❤ So I made a couple of Christmas decor projects (not that I need anymore decor but hey!….who’s counting?)

First of I made the gorgeous Snowflake Sleigh from the Home for Christmas SVG Collection by Birds SVG’s

It’s very simple to put together and I used AC cardstock in white and white glitter paper also from AC. It won’t hold anything heavy but I did fill it with marshmallows and used it as a centerpiece on my dinner table for my Birthday

Gorgeous don’t you think?

Next I made the amazing Lamp Post from the Christmas Eve SVG Kit by SVGCuts.

I was rather timid by it but I had the day to myself and decided to give it a go. I used Black, Cream and Pine AC cardstock along with black POW glitter paper. I also added some gems and pearls to the poinsettias and the greenery 😉 I also used a couple of embossing folders from Sizzix and Cuttlebug but I never got to write names on them, so I forget what they are called…sorry.

Now I actually bought the right lamp to put inside the Lamp Post BUT…..Denmark and the US do not have the same  voltage so I can’t use it. Instead I put in a LED tea light and that works just fine 🙂

Now I only need to finish the decor for the Christmas dinner table….I’ll post a picture of it later 😉 I really hope it’s going to work – the idea that I have….but more about that later.

Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to write me a small comment ❤

Merry Christmas ❤

  1. Great job on the lamppost. I have mine cut out, but, put it aside so I could make Christmas cards for family members.. Really anxious to get started! Love your sleigh also!

  2. Lovely projects as usual Helle! You should post the sleigh on Bird’s Facebook page – she gives away a gift card each month for those who share their projects and I’m sure she’d love to see yours. Happy Holidays!!!
